3. Close up of any artist signatures/markings on sculpture

6. Show close ups of any chips, cracks, repairs or other defects found.

Mention if there are any chips, cracks, repairs or other defects found.
What material is the sculpture/state made of? (wood, stone, metal, plaster, etc.) Click HERE to view material identification guide.
Is it one solid piece or multiple pieces? Is the sculpture resting on a base that is included?
Will the customer need to bring help to remove the sculpture? Or will there be help available for them?
Make a note if it is an extremely large statue that will require a professional mover to remove. If professional movers are required, make a note about alternate an alternative pickup day if needed/possible.
If you have any moving/rigging companies you recommend, list their contact info.

Remind customer to bring help and proper materials (moving blankets, handtruck, etc.) if needed.

If it is a large outdoor statue, consider using a garden wagon that can roll across outdoor terrain.
