Mention if there is any notable damage, repairs or other defects found.
Is the mattress, box spring and/or bedding included?
Will the bed be disassembled ahead of time for the customer?
Will the customer need to bring help to load? Or will there be help available for them?

If you are disassembling the bed, be sure to do so before the customer arrives as it can be very time consuming.

You will likely need a drill/screw driver, wrench, hex key and/or socket set. Keep loose screws together in a plastic bag.

Remind customer to bring help and proper materials (tools, moving blankets, etc.) if needed.
